Despite the recent surge in the empirical literature about the effects of robotization on labor market outcomes, most studies focus on aggregate labor market outcomes. By employing the conventional method of constructing Bartik-type regional robot exposure and combining with KLIPS, we find that robotization is associated with a reduction in job satisfaction. While the panel analysis shows somewhat greater negative effects, the long-difference analysis suggests that the negative effects might be attenuated over the long run. However, it shows that robotizaton since 2012 made young workers feel less satisfaction, particularly about worsening employment stability and workplace communication.-
