In addition, it aims to develop recommendations as to how to build an effective legal environment in Mongolia. For this purpose, the study analyzes cases of judicial decisions, statistics and current legislation in both countries. The primary sources were from the concept and provisions of existing laws on protection consumer rights in e-commerce.
