dc.description.abstractIn Korea, the number of employees in public organizations has been increased recently to improve the quality of people''s lives by enhancing the quality of services provided by the public sector. In order to improve the quality of services, it is essential to raise up working conditions, advance the personnel management and upgrade the organizational culture, in addition to increasing the number of the workers. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the factors that affect job attitude, job satisfaction and jobperformance in public sector. And the following research questions have been formulated. i) Does payroll system affect job attitude? ii) Does personnel management system affect job attitude? iii) Does cooperative working environment affect job attitude? iv) Does self efficacy affect job attitude? This paper used a survey through an online platform. It was found that cooperative working environment and self efficacy had a significant impact on job attitude. However, payroll system and personnel management system did not affect job attitude, especially the payroll system did not affect job satisfaction either. The results of this study provide policy and managerial implications what should be considered to enhance job attitude, satisfaction, and performance in public sector.-
