Abstract

This capstone would not be completed without supports of many people. First, I am indebted to Professor Jin Park whose professional experience as a member of Evaluation Team for SOEs provides me great insight and guide me on the right track and Professor Il-Chong Nam who is willing to accept the member of the POS committee. Second, I would like to express my deepest appreciation to my parents and other family members for their support and encouragement. Third, I also want to express my gratitude to KEPCO and many coworkers for allowing me an opportunity to study at the KDI School. Sr. Manager Oh Heungbox encouraged me to raise a challenge and follow my dream. Jr. Manager Kim Tae-young and Kim In-su, members of Performance Evaluation Team at Busan District Division who provide a mountain of data and critical comments. Last but not least, I truly appreciate to the greatest mentor Dr. Tcho who shows me the way to the intellectual life.
