Korea’s Technical Assistance for Better Governance: A Case Study in Indonesia
Korea needs to expand its technical assistance (TA) programs for developing countries and also maximize their impacts. Based on education theories and authors’ field experience in Indonesia, this paper suggests that TA should be conducted in a way to encourage not only the capacity but also the motivation of both recipient and the experts.
