Exploring Attitude and Satisfaction to Evaluate the Effectiveness of Development Education Program in Public Sector
This study investigates a model for evaluating the effectiveness of development education program in public sector. In particular, this study investigates the effectiveness of development education by considering contents, values, and relationships among motivation, acquisition, perception, attitude change, satisfaction, and willingness to recommend. This study utilized both qualitative and quantitative methods and it provides managerial and theoretical implications for development education program and customer relationship management.
