Abstract
The main aim of this study is to identify the perceptions of employers and graduates concerning on employability skills needed during entering into the labour market. There are seven (7) variables that categorized as employability skills or softskills referring to previous studies. Data were collected through two different sets of questionaires intented to gain the employers and graduates perceptions. This study also investigate about the ranking of employability skills from employers perceptions and graduates need in the labour market. An information about the gap between the skills demanded by the employers and skills possed by graduates also will provide in this study. The result of the study shows that there is a differences between employers perceptions and graduates posses. Finally, recommendations were also included in this study.
